| As you may recall, Santa was on a
binge last year and some readers may not of seen their Christmas
wish fulfilled. If you did not view the national report that was
disseminated on video, where Santa was busted for hauling

| This year we are happy to
report that Santa has to do a bit of court mandated community
service for all the boys and girls as part of his probation. The Federal Department of
Corrections (FDOC) is responsible for keeping Santa in line while on
probation. FDOC has gotten a bit of help from NORAD and they
will be tracking Santa on the NORAD
Santa Tracker as part of his restricted travel
and house arrest program. |
| If Santa fails to meet his
court ordered probation, it's back to the
hooskow for the jolly old boy. So send him a letter of cheer
along with your Christmas wishes. |
